A Day in DeWitt

Sunday Lukas and I headed to DeWitt to visit the family. I'll just hit on each of our highlights for the day...

Lukas got to play with fluffy & cute puppies. He sat on this step and the puppies were on the ground. He said "come here, get on my lap". The puppies did not obey, but Kellie was there to assist.



My highlight was at the bottom of my cherry limeade. I almost threw this away without opening it and that would have been a terrible loss. I love maraschino cherries and there were FOUR of them waiting for me - it was so beautiful that I had to whip out the phone and take this shot. Actually, I had a whole photo shoot consisting of multiple angles and lighting variations... this is my best.
